Pam Loginsky is one of Washington State's most accomplished appellate attorneys, handling hundreds of appeals before the Washington State Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals.
Since 1999 she has served as the Staff Attorney for the Washington Association of Prosecuting Attorneys, filing briefs in appeals, arguing before all levels of the court system and becoming a recognized expert in criminal procedure – even authoring the state's search and seizure manual.
Over her 24 year legal career Pam has served as a prosecutor or special prosecutor in most of the counties of Division II, District 2 of the Court of Appeals: Kitsap, Thurston, Mason, Grays Harbor, Jefferson and Clallam Counties. She has dealt with a wide variety of cases, including domestic violence, juveniles, fish and wildlife, and the prosecution of serious crimes.
Pam volunteered for the U.S. Navy just weeks after graduation from High School and became a Medical Corpsman and served for six years. She was stationed at Whidbey Naval Air Station, fell in love with Washington State, and has lived here ever since.
Pam lives in Port Orchard, where she is active in her synagogue, volunteers with the Humane Society and Benedict House. She enjoys knitting and serves as a judge in the YMCA Youth Mock Trial Program.
